Our semi-private group training is designed to deliver personalized coaching in a motivating, small-group setting of no more than 12 people.
What are the benefits of Semi-Private Training?
Semi-private training offers many of the benefits of personal training in a convenient, cost effective way. You’ll get the hands on guidance and attention you need to safely and effectively perform each exercise, with convenient scheduling to fit your busy life.
Classes are offered Monday-Saturday at high-demand time slots in the early morning, mid day, and evening, making it easy to work with your schedule and build momentum.
What does a normal class look like?
Each class is a 10-12 person group training designed around strength fundamentals. The class will be focused on 1-2 main compaound movements (squat, bench, deadlift) followed by additional accessory movements that target the smaller muscles in order to build stability and strength in the primary movement.
What if I have never done Strength Training?
With variations on each movement, these classes are designed for all skill levels, novice to experienced weight lifter.
Even if you have never done these movements, group classes are small enough that our coaches can give you the individual attention needed to perform the movement correctly and safely.
What does my membership include?

Unlimited Semi-Private Training
Train as often as you’d like in our small-group training sessions while still receiving great coaching and training feedback from our team.
Unlimited InBody Scans
Monitor your progress with detailed body composition scans, including body fat, muscle mass, and overall progress tracking.
Training & Nutrition Tracking App
Access our coaching app to track workouts, log nutrition, and stay connected with your coaches for added accountability.
Two Client Success Coach Meetings Per Year
Meet with a coach twice per year to review progress, adjust goals, and refine your training or nutrition plan.
Bring a Friend for Free Once a Month
Members can bring a guest once per month so they can experience Sculpt Fitness with you.
